ACR® Surface Accelerating Agent is an acetic based solution designed to be used in combination with Alchemco’s TechCrete 2500, CretePro and BridgeDECK products. ACR Accelerating Agent increases the effectiveness of these products to seal small cracks and voids in the concrete. This product should only be used in combination with these products for cracks and voids in the concrete surface. Do not use for general applications.

The U2000 is a lightweight rooftop attachment system consisting of a U-Anchor 2000 Series plate and cover membrane. AP Solution HTD 0640 HVAC Tie-Down secures your rooftop unit to the structure. Tie-downs can be installed with the system or retrofitted as needed.

For this project, the TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing System was selected as the roof system that successfully met all of the owner’s criteria, while providing the best ‘value’ for the money. The combination of long-term performance … rapid application … and ability to successfully function under tropical storm conditions, were very attractive on this project.

Phase I of the project was completed in 2021, which involved the Stadium Plaza Deck parking area that wraps around the north end of the stadium (in front of the Bengals Pro Shop) as well as the adjacent stairwell landings. That area encompassed about 48,000 sq. ft. of parking surface and stairwells
