Asphalt Bleed Block Primer 

ACR® A21 Asphalt Bleed Block Primer is a high  quality, plasticizer free, single component,  water based, acrylic primer. ACR A21 Asphalt Bleed Block Primer is designed for application over smooth asphalt coated surfaces to enhance adhesion of ACR Flashing products. ACR A21 Asphalt Bleed Block  Primer is formulated to act as a barrier between the asphalt surface and the ACR Flashing products to prevent yellowing of the coating due to chemicals bleeding out of the asphalt materials.

For this project, the TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing System was selected as the roof system that successfully met all of the owner’s criteria, while providing the best ‘value’ for the money. The combination of long-term performance … rapid application … and ability to successfully function under tropical storm conditions, were very attractive on this project.

Phase I of the project was completed in 2021, which involved the Stadium Plaza Deck parking area that wraps around the north end of the stadium (in front of the Bengals Pro Shop) as well as the adjacent stairwell landings. That area encompassed about 48,000 sq. ft. of parking surface and stairwells
